Training

We offer in-person training for North Carolina security guard licensing—unarmed and armed—as well as advanced courses including De-escalation, Safe Restraint, Handle With Care, Taser, OC/Chemical Spray, and more. Our instructors bring real-world experience from law enforcement and private security to ensure practical, standards-based training.

Director of Operations

Taylor Kapusta is a criminal justice professional with nearly a decade of progressive leadership experience. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Justice Administration with a concentration in Corrections and Investigations, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. She most recently served as Warden while working in the correctional field. After quickly advancing through roles of increasing responsibility, Taylor gained an expertise in security operations, people management, and strategic planning. Alongside her extensive specialized training in investigations, emergency response, and leadership, she has coordinated innovative initiatives while mentoring staff through professional development and performance improvement.

Isabel Johnson

Upper NC Regional Manager

Isabel Johnson brings a 13-year tenure as an Operations Manager in private security to Blue Life Security. She brings experience in security operations, scheduling, client relations, and the Private Protective Services Board, making her a vital asset to the company. Isabel oversees the day-to-day field operations for the NC Division in the Upper region, managing scheduling needs, field issues and concerns, Client Site Visits, and compliance with the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board. Her role assists in improving communication and effective operation from the field to our Charlotte Office.

Lower NC Regional Manager

Christopher Worley is a seasoned security operations professional with over 15 years of experience in protective services, security management, and multi-site operations across the Southeast. He has led teams ranging from frontline officers to large, multi-state security operations, overseeing high-profile commercial, residential, corporate, and public-sector accounts. Throughout his career, Christopher has built a reputation for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong client relationships. He has managed staffing, training, payroll, and scheduling for teams exceeding 150 personnel, while ensuring adherence to industry standards and organizational policies. Christopher’s background includes leadership roles in corporate security, public safety, school district security, and urban community engagement. Known for his calm presence, decisive leadership, and people-first approach, he excels in crisis management, team development, and delivering reliable security solutions tailored to client needs.
Alanna Churchill

Administrative Assistant

Alanna Churchill holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Her education provided a strong foundation in human behavior, ethics, and effective communication. She brings well-developed conflict resolution, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills shaped by both her academic journey and professional experience. Alanna is especially passionate about victim advocacy and crisis intervention. Most recently, she served as a victim advocate in Hialeah, Florida, where she provided comprehensive support, guidance, and resources to individuals in vulnerable situations. Outside of her professional work, Alanna is deeply committed to her personal development and fitness. Her dedication to health and discipline reflects the same focus and accountability she brings to her career. Alanna plans on furthering her education to enable her to make a striking impact to those around her.
